Terms of Membership

Membership is by application and invitation. Every application is reviewed individually by the Founder. There is no minimum level of experience, and there is no automatic right of entry. We may decline an application without giving reasons.

Photo House Club exists for working property photographers and those building a serious practice in architecture, interiors and property photography. Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred, shared or used on behalf of an agency, employer or third party.

A great deal of what is discussed inside the community is commercially sensitive: rates, contracts, clients, licensing terms and the ordinary difficulties of running a practice.

Members agree not to republish, screenshot, forward or attribute anything shared in private discussions outside the community without the explicit permission of the person who shared it.

• Contribute in good faith and with professional courtesy.
• Do not use the community as a channel for unsolicited promotion or recruitment.
• Do not disparage colleagues, members or clients.
• Respect the intellectual property and authorship of other photographers' work.
• Give credit where knowledge, templates or resources are shared with you.

You retain full ownership of the photographs, documents and words you share. By sharing them inside the community, you allow other members to read, discuss and learn from them within the community only.

Resources published by Photo House Club are provided for members' own professional use and may not be resold or distributed publicly.

Discussions within the community are shared professional experience, not legal, financial or tax advice. Decisions about your pricing, contracts and business remain entirely your own. Photo House Club accepts no liability for commercial outcomes arising from information shared between members.

Membership may be suspended or withdrawn where confidentiality is broken, where conduct falls below the standard the community expects, or where membership is used for purposes it was not intended to serve. Where fees have been paid, any balance for the unused period will be returned.

You may end your membership at any time by writing to info@bydimitrios.com. Obligations of confidentiality continue after membership ends.

These terms may be revised as the community develops. Members will be told before material changes take effect, and the current version will always be published here.
